Mercedes Benz was dissatisfied with the quality, quantity, and efficiency of the marketing campaign work from its medium-sized marketing company.

Mercedes Benz also required the marketing agency to deliver the same scope of work with a 33% reduction in costs during the next year.
The marketing company engaged SigmaWorks to help streamline their processes so they could do more with fewer resources. We interviewed Mercedes Benz and agency leadership and documented issues and opportunities. We also interviewed Mercedes Benz and agency teams to ascertain obstacles and process inefficiencies.

We established improved and streamlined processes across Mercedes Benz and the agency, including: creative brief development, upfront senior leadership alignment and agreement and provided clarification around the roles, authority and responsibilities for Mercedes Benz and the agency.
